There's a building with two large rooms inside of it. The building is split in half between the two rooms, with a large wall as a divider, and called "Der Knalleffekt". The room to the left has a decent stage centered at the end of the room. There's a singular mike, and an interchangeable background where performers can change it based on their act. As you hang around, you notice most people are performing comedians. The other room is a large game room, where everyone is sitting at different tables playing different forum games. This is a very relaxed place with little rules besides having fun. (Spam)
