Kohlbruck Wuste, nicknamed "The Wasteland", is an expansive desert that stretches out from Abarz to it's eastern region, to Bergnerzell to it's northernmost western region. It is also bordered by the mountains at it's northern region. Kohlbruck Wuste is a carved out with valleys and canyons across it's region. The fluctuating temperatures leaves for sweltering days and frigid nights during the long summer months.
The Wasteland is home to many species of animals - from Camels, elephants, and meerkats, to vipers, gila monsters, and desert tortoises. Camels are a popular way to travel through the desert region, though their are roadways and desert terrain vehicles for travel. Kohlbruck also has a nature preserve in the heart of the desert, and there are guided tours for individuals who want an educational ride through the region.
The fauna consists of tumbleweeds, cacti, elephant tree, and the desert willow tree. There are also desert sage, marigold, and lilies that decorate the region. Plants adapted to the harsh weathered conditions like the antelope bush, dogbane, and crimson columbine adapt well to the region as well.
